Ewise Tax Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality tax and accounting services. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and compliance responsibilities, the following refund policy applies.

​All fees charged by Ewise Tax Solutions are for professional services rendered, including consultation time, preparation, review, analysis, and advisory services.

Refunds

  • Completed Services: Fees for services that have been completed are non-refundable.

  • Partially Completed Services: If a client terminates services before completion, fees paid may be refunded at our discretion for work not yet performed, less the value of services already rendered.

  • Deposits and Retainers: Any deposits or retainers paid are generally non-refundable, as they secure professional time and resources, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tax outcomes, refunds from taxing authorities, audit results, or financial outcomes are determined by applicable laws, regulations, and individual circumstances. As such, fees are not refundable based on dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our control.

Errors or Corrections

If an error is identified that is directly attributable to our work, we will take reasonable steps to correct it at no additional charge. This does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.​​​

Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or postpone services. Cancellation requests received after work has begun may not be eligible for a refund.
